About Us

Heide Trask High School Journalism Program

The 2021-2022 HTHS Journalism program consists of nearly 60 students in grades 9-12. In Journalism I-IV, students learn foundational & intermediate skills in reporting, writing, photography, design, editing, marketing, and leadership. All students create a journalism portfolio. Students have the option to complete an Honors portfolio with additional requirements for Honors credit.

The Titan (Yearbook)

Each year, the HTHS Journalists create a tangible record of the school year. The 2022 edition of The Titan will be Volume 20. The theme is "Make Your Mark" and the release date is TBA, but you can pre-order your copy today by clicking on the icon below! You will not want to miss this historic yearbook!

The Titantown Post (Online News)

The 2021-2022 HTHS Journalism program is ecstatic to announce the second year of The Titantown Post, the school's very first student news site. Students in Journalism I-IV contribute to the content planning, creation, and editing of this news site and they hope to develop a responsible, academic, trustworthy news site that will provide a voice to the Heide Trask community.
