Click on VIDEO SUBMISSION
INSERT IMAGE
Click Create and select Upload Media
INSERT IMAGE
Select the file you wish to upload. The file will be uploaded to the VIDEO SUBMISSION folder on the module.
Once uploaded you will see a message saying Upload complete. You can close this window now. (See image below). Close the window and the video will be processed.
The ONLY accepted video format is MP4 - your video MUST be submitted in an MP4 format.
Do NOT use the built-in Record Slide Show feature in PowerPoint. This is not a valid video format.
Your must read carefully the video presentation requirements on your Assessment Brief and comply with these fully.
We recommend that you test your internet connection before the deadline and that you test Panopto Capture or your MP4 upload at least a week before the deadline occurs.
You must check and confirm that your video is FULLY UPLOADED into the VIDEO SUBMISSION folder by the DUE TIME AND DATE. We recommend taking a screenshot of the uploaded video once it is uploaded.
DO NOT leave uploading to the last minute. Uploading a video takes time. Late work will not receive a mark! We recommend uploading at least 3 hours before the submission time and date, so that the video is FULLY UPLOADED on time.
DO NOT share your video or use other students' videos to complete your own - your video must be wholly your own work.
Over the term, if you need further assistance or don't understand how the process works please speak with your tutor and/or Assessment Support (laura.mackenzie@escapestudios.ac.uk).
Submitting early is very important, as it allows time to deal with any submission issues.
If you are having a problem submitting your video please carefully check and work through the submission process as set out above.
If you still can't submit, you must email laura.mackenzie@escapestudios.ac.uk immediately, and before the submission deadline, with a screenshot showing the problem.
