Formative feedback is assessment feedback and support given before final assessment submission to help you understand what you are doing well and what might be improved, so that you can do as well as you possibly can in your marked assessments.
For all modules on the programme with a main coursework assessment you will have the opportunity to receive formal formative feedback.
Please note that formative feedback on courseworks will focus on how you can improve your work and what you have done well. You will NOT receive a mark or any indication of the grade band into which your final submission may fall.
A mock examination process is also held for each examination.
Full details setting out how formative feedback will work on each module can be found in the Formative Feedback folder in the Assessment section on each module you are studying this term.
If you have questions about formative feedback, please contact the relevant tutor, who will be very happy to help you.
