Academic Malpractice

All work submitted for individual assessments must be your own work:

• You are not permitted to work with anyone else on individual assessments.

• Group work similarly must be the work of your group only.

• All quotations and sources you rely on for the work you submit must be fully referenced.

Deliberate plagiarism in a coursework or presentation is as serious as deliberate cheating in an examination and commensurate penalties apply.

Referencing

For all coursework and presentations must be correctly referenced. At Pearson College London we use the Harvard System of referencing. Law students should use OSCALA, the legal referencing system.
