Writing -
- point form with key points only
- easy to understand
- useful for notetaking;
- font, colour and bold or italics are used to highlight important information
- all heading, names and proper nouns are capitalized; rules are followed
- spelling is correct
Media -
- Background of slides matches the topic
- there are illustrations, photos, text screenshots, charts and/or maps to help the audience understand the information on each slide
- ALL primary sources (fig #'s) from text are included
- Slides are visually appealing and match the topic
Oral Presentation -
- Presenter can speak to the bullet points without reading
- elaborate with appropriate pacing
- voice volume and eye contact;
- Presenter DOES NOT read the slides, but explains the information in their own words, indicating a thorough knowledge of the material
