This initial assessment is designed to provide reflective prompts for each section of the Equity Audit that will allow school teams to determine where learning/action/progress has already begun and where learning/action/progress needs to occur. By engaging in this initial assessment school teams can determine their entry point to the full Equity Audit (which section to engage with first) as well as uncover professional learning topics and inquires that will support sections of the audit that teams determine they 'need to know more about'.
