ICAP

Individual College and Career Path Planning (ICAP) - ICAP  development supports academic achievement by providing long term goals for  career and college admissions. 

○ ICAP is a multi-year process that intentionally guides students in the exploration of  career, academic and postsecondary opportunities.  PCHS partners with YouScience aptitude and personality assessments.

○ With the support of adults, students develop the awareness, knowledge, attitudes, and  skills to create their own meaningful and powerful pathways to Postsecondary and  Workforce Readiness (PWR). 

○ Each year students will meet with the your School Counselor and or the Post Graduate Advisor to  plan out their pathways.
