Students who miss the first 2 sessions of classes will be dropped. Students who miss 3 sessions of a class, consecutive or not, will be dropped. Teachers can apply for an exception to this rule on a student case by case basis by providing their rationale for making the exception in writing to the PJUSD Assistant Principal of Alternative Education. Some classes may have more restrictive attendance requirements.

Adult School students shall not bring children to school while they are attending class. Students/Parents are responsible for ensuring that they have child care away from school. If children are on campus their parent(s) will be asked to take them home.

The use of cellphones during class instructional periods is prohibited. Cell phones should be kept in airplane/vibrate mode or turned off during class time. Cell phones may be used during designated class break periods.
