Employees applying for reclassification will still need to abide by the Education Association of Passaic (EAP) contract guidelines.
First, all forms will be submitted electronically. To submit a reclassification request, click on the form above and fill out the information.
There is no need to send unofficial transcripts. Once the coursework is completed, an official transcript file for each institution attended must be uploaded to the Google form and sent to the Division of Human Resources to be placed in your personnel file.
Employees that wish to reclassify will need to submit transcripts to hrservices@passaicschools.org.

Article 11 Salary Guide Eligibility and Reclassification Section B reads as follows:
Staff members may be reclassified for salary guide placement one annually. Applications must be presented to the Superintendent by the preceding June 30 of each contract year. Reclassification will be effected by the Board during November of each contract year and be made retroactive to September 1 of that same contract year.
