Payroll & Tax Compliance
W-2 and state/local withholding: Paychecks, tax documents, and other crucial notices are mailed to your listed address. An outdated address could mean missed pay statements, delayed tax forms, and related income notifications.
Benefits & Health Coverage (Benefitsolver)
Our district participates in the State Health Benefits Program (SHBP) and the School Employees Health Benefits Program (SEHBP), administered through Benefitsolver.
Accuracy required by law and by SHBP policy — when adding dependents (spouse, civil union/domestic partner) or qualifying children, Benefitsolver requires matching addresses documented via tax forms.
Incorrect addresses can lead to denied coverage, problems processing qualifying life events, or disruptions in enrollment.
What You Should Do
Fill out the attached Change of Address form if changes need to be made.

Once we complete the transition to SchoolFi from CSI, you will be able to update your information on the employee portal.
