Q. How do I connect to the Parkway Network?
A. See below.
You will need to connect to our network in order to access some of the portals used in our district.
(such as Infinite Campus, Schoology, etc...)
You can wait until our first day in your school to connect or can do it before you begin.
You have 2 options to connect to the network:
CONNECTING TO PARKWAY NETWORK: OPTION 1 - FROM HOST SCHOOL SITE
To connect to the network from a school site, you must be:
* physically in a Parkway building
* on a Parkway device (your assigned school can provide a computer to use)
* Locate your school at our Directory of Schools
When you are ready to connect:
* contact the Parkway Help Desk at 314-415-8181 Option #1 (from a school phone, dial 58181).
* Help Desk is available Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
* Tell the Help Desk you are a new student teacher or counseling intern and they will walk you through next steps

CONNECTING TO PARKWAY NETWORK: OPTION 2 - FROM TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT/HELP DESK
Another option is to make an appointment and log in at our Technology Help Desk Department
* Call Parkway Help Desk at 314-415-8181 Option #1
* Explain you are a new student teacher or counseling intern and that you need to make an appointment to come in and
connect to the network.
* Map to Technology Help Desk Department can be found here. (they are in a building behind Parkway Central High school)
