This session is a capstone to our AI Pathway for teachers looking to implement Gemini for student use. We will review best practices on rolling out AI literacy discussions in your class that have been informed by feedback from our Gemini pilot last year. We will provide lessons & resources for you to turnkey, and discuss strategies for instruction that deepens student learning without making AI a shallow shortcut.

This training session is designed to provide educators with a comprehensive guide to utilizing LockDown Browser for creating secure assessments within Schoology. The overview will detail the core functionality and cover crucial LockDown Browser settings, including recommended best practices for test configurations and an exploration of its advanced features. Participants will also gain insight into the student experience of taking a LockDown Browser-secured quiz and learn valuable best practices, such as incorporating a practice quiz. Finally, the session will equip attendees with essential technical support resources, including the built-in Help Center and troubleshooting tips, concluding with a dedicated Questions & Answers period.
