How do I register for the class?

It is recommended that you email info@ParadigmHealthServices.com to schedule a class for your facility/organization.


  1. Visit our website at STNAClass.net.

  2. Click "CLASSES" on the horizontal toolbar and scroll down to the course you'd like to enroll in.

  3. Select "Browse Classes" to determine which class you wish to register for.

  4. Choose the course you wish to enroll in.

  5. Complete the registration form.

      • You will be prompted to make payment at the end of the registration process.

          • If you are being sponsored by an employer, etc. simply select "I have a sponsor." In the comments add the name of the company as well as the name/contact information of the person approving you to take the class.

What is a Dining Assistant?

A Dining Assistant is a non-clinical person (e.g., Social Worker, Dietician, Activities Director, etc.) who wish to assist during meal times. This greatly reduces the workload of nursing assistants who are typically responsible for administering meals at breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack times.

Students must also earn an 80% overall to successfully complete the course.

What are the prerequisites for the program?

  • Must be of legal working age

  • Currently employed at a Skilled Nursing Facility

What will I need for class?

  • Paper & pen/pencil

What does the course schedule look like?

One day course, nine hours of lecture and lab/clinical time

  • Hours are currently decreased due to the COVID-19 Pandemic / Waiver in place

How much does it cost?

$480 total, which includes:

  • Lecture

  • 1:1 tutoring or study planning, if needed

  • Certificate of Completion

What payment options are available?

  • $480, one-time payment

  • Sponsor - we accept payments from sponsoring organizations, such as nursing homes, home health organizations, hospitals, churches, non-profit organizations, Job & Family Services' programs, etc.

    • We may be able to help you find a sponsor if you need one!


What is your refund policy?

There are no refunds available for this course. Billing is not done until after the course has been administered, unless the facility has failed to pay invoices in the past.
