Paradigm Health Services is a well-rounded team of seasoned clinical personnel from various health settings and backgrounds (included Legal Nurse Consultant Certified).

We offer experienced, professional services by appropriate clinical personnel. We do not round up and we do not "milk the clock." We are fair and reasonable. We ask for great communication and transparency to ensure a timely, satisfying turnaround of services.

We currently offer the following services regarding Expert Witness:

• Analyze medical records

• Organize medical records

• Chronology

• Summarize and report medical records

• Prepare & organize items for Expert Witness review

• Medical literature research

• Evaluate case strengths & weaknesses

• Evaluate causation & damage

• Education regarding medical conditions

• Deposition preparation & support

• Communication & interview as necessary

If we do not have an available expert, we will make every attempt to secure one.

Retainer

• $1500

Medical Record review, research, analysis, presentation preparation, telephone consultations, conferences, etc

• $250/hour

Reports (if requested)

• $250/hour

Deposition

• $350/hour (minimum $1500 for half day or $3000 whole day, plus expenses)

NOTES:

• $1500 due at least six weeks prior to trial date

• If trial settles,

  • • At least four weeks prior to trial date, a 100% refund will be given

    • 3-4 weeks prior to trial date, a 3/4 refund will be given

    • 2-3 weeks prior to trial date, a 1/2 refund will be given

    • 1-2 weeks, no refund will be given

Travel & subsistence expenses

• 100% reimbursement related to assignment(s), such as plane tickets, rental car, hotel room, etc.

• $50/hour travel time related to assignment(s)
