We have hard copies of the high school transcript request form in the School Counseling Office. You will also receive one during your individual senior meeting that takes place the fall of your senior year. Please fill out the form if you are planning to apply to any college, institution, or trade school. You may also want to fill this form out for any scholarships that you apply for. This gives your school counselors the permission to send your transcripts to these locations. You can then return this to the Counseling department by email, regular mail or drop off. We cannot release your transcripts until we have this document.
If you are a former student of Page County High School, please contact Mrs. Moyer, registrar, in the School Counseling office to request your transcripts. PCHS is unable to process former students' transcript requests through Parchment.
If you took Dual Enrollment classes, request your final Laurel Ridge CC transcript to be sent to colleges, as well. We do NOT have access to your official transcripts in the Counseling office here at PCHS, you must do this on your own. Mrs. Betcher can offer assistance if needed.
