Laurel Ridge Workforce will be here on Tuesday, December 16, 2025 during both lunch blocks for students looking to earn a certification and go into the workforce following graduation.
We are implementing Naviance this school year. Through this program, students will engage in career exploration. Students can access this through their student PowerSchool Portal and will be doing this often during SAP.

Job Corps' mission is to educate and train highly motivated young people for successful careers in the nation's fastest-growing industries.
Students can earn college credits through Job Corps
Offer career technical training in high-growth industries
Tuition-free to eligible young people and provides housing, meals, basic medical care, a living allowance, hands-on training, and preparation for a career.
After students complete the program, Job Corps offers transitional support services, such as help finding employment, housing and transportation.
Job Corps graduates either enter the workforce or an apprenticeship, go on to higher education, or join the military.
