Prior to starting this project, we read articles about the problem of misinformation. We also read articles about how to combat this problem and effectively spread the truth. Furthermore, we each wrote an essay about how to effectively debunk myths and spread the truth. As the darkness rises, it is important that we share our knowledge and tell you all how you can take part in stopping the problem. Thus, we have developed an infographic for you of highlights and tips from each of our myth-busting essays to help you effectively spread the truth. Be sure to check it out!

Audrey Tran

Hi, my name is Audrey. I am a junior at Pacific University Oregon majoring in psychology, and minoring communication sciences and disorders. The thing I think is most important throughout this whole project is the need to spread the truth. Before taking this course, there were a lot of myths within cognitive psychology that I thought were true, but turns out they are not true. Thus, I think it is important to spread the truth, especially if we have the knowledge and capability.
