Currently I have passed almost all of my PFT's, however, I still need help for the Pacer section. For the push-ups and the curl-ups, I trained for those during my free time last year. I was able to do 25 push-ups and 41 curl-ups before during distance learning. Now, I could only do 20 push-ups and 35-37 sit-ups, which was during the PFT. This is a big difference as now, I take dance as a sport, which means that I should be in a better condition than before.
