Your online account allows you to manage your services, payments, property details, and communication with our team. This page explains how to use the portal and includes tutorials for common tasks.
You can access your customer portal through:
the link provided in your first booking confirmation
the Stripe or billing portal link in your invoice email
the “Customer Login” button on our website
To log in:
Enter your email or phone number.
A secure login code will be sent to you.
Enter the code to access your dashboard.
No password is required for login unless you have created a dedicated account profile.
If you have created a password-protected account:
Click “Forgot Password” at login.
Enter your email.
A reset link will be sent to you.
Follow the prompts to create a new password.
Customers using secure login codes do not require a password reset.
You can update your address through:
Account settings
Support request form
Customer onboarding changes
Note:
Certain services may require a new estimate if you move to a different property or if square footage changes.
In the portal, you may update:
gate access codes
pet notes
driveway or yard layout notes
special instructions
hazards (sprinklers, wires, slopes, soft areas)
Accurate property details help avoid access issues or delays.
Your account allows you to view:
completed service logs
invoices linked to each visit
photos (when available)
service notes or feedback
You may also download invoices for personal or commercial records.
You can contact support via:

SMS for reminders and alerts

Portal messaging is best for:
rescheduling
access instructions
billing questions
general inquiries
Response times follow our published SLAs.
Log into your customer portal.
Select “Upcoming Services” or “Schedule.”
View:
date and time window
service type
property address
notes and access instructions
You may also reschedule directly if the option is shown.
Log into the billing or Stripe portal.
Select “Payment Methods.”
Add, remove, or update cards or bank accounts.
Save changes.
Enable autopay if desired.
Changes take effect immediately for future invoices.
“Do I need a password?”
No. Most customers use secure login codes. Passwords are optional.
“How do I change my service date?”
Use the reschedule option in the portal or contact support.
“Can I manage payments online?”
Yes. Billing and payment updates are handled through the Stripe portal.
