Well done to Logan Flynn and Will Gray from Christie Park Primary who represented West Dunbartonshire in the West of Scotland Creating Engineers Final 2017 today. The final was organised by the Glasgow Science Festival and held at Glasgow University. When the K'Nex Challenge begun this year, there was a total of 10,320 children taking part so it has been an amazing achievement for Logan and Will to be two of the 28 children in the final today. The challenge was to design and build a mobile crane that could lift 4 large tractor wheels onto the back of a lorry. Logan and Will impressed the judges with their communication, teambuilding and problem solving skills. Congratulations to Auchinloch Primary in North Lanarkshire who won the final.
