Throughout the delivery and reporting period of your project, there are three key deliverables:
The Status Update is a quick activity, to keep others informed of the health of your project every three months. Help on how to provide a status update is provided on the 'status update' page.
The Highlight Report takes place at the mid-point of your project. It provides the PEF Project Board with a more detailed progress report, showing what has been achieved to date in the running of your project, and gives you the opportunity to raise any issues or concerns you may have. Help on how to provide a highlight report is provided on the 'highlight report' page.
The Standards and Quality Report is your end of year report, detailing the outcome of your project along with progress made with other aspects of your Improvement Plan. We are required to publish this annually by Scottish Government. Help on how to complete your Standards and Quality Report is provided on the 'Standards and Quality Report' page.
