Purpose: Checkpoints are a quick and easy way for you and I to check in with one another to make sure you are understanding the material covered in any given week.
Task: Each week, your checkpoint will consist of two questions: (1) what concept(s) do you feel particularly strong on, and (2) what concept(s) do you find yourself struggling with that you would like more clarification on? Your task for the assignment will be to answer both of these questions. There will be 12 checkpoints over the course of the semester, and your lowest 2 scores will be dropped.
Criteria for Success: There is no "right" or "wrong" answer when it comes to your weekly checkpoint. So long as you answer both questions, each worth 5 points, you will earn full credit for the assignment. I do ask you to answer in as much detail as possible, particularly related to the second question (concept(s) you are struggling on) so I can help you. I will respond to each checkpoint and provide extra examples, clarification, and anything else needed to make sure you are comfortable with the material!
Checkpoints are due each Sunday night at 11:59 p.m.
