Design and Editing

For photos and advertisements, I most commonly use Canva's editing software to create fun graphics to promote yearbook sales and display school spirit! I use CapCut to edit videos for our Instagram Reels and TikTok! In addition to videos and edited photos, I design page layouts for my pages in the yearbook using Jostens. Found below are examples!

MSPA Visual Illustration Winner - 2024

Above is an example of a graphic I competed at the 2024 Fall MSPA Convention that won. I wanted to create a graphic incorporating school spirit and it was well liked among many of my peers.

MSPA Visual Illustration Finalist - 2024

Above is another example of a graphic that I competed at the 2024 Fall MSPA Convention. It finalized but eventually was added to the end sheets of our "band book", which is a yearbook specifically for band members!

Homecoming Dance 2025

I used TikTok and Instagrams' built-in editing software to create the two videos on the left and the right but for the video above I used CapCut to splice together 95 photos to create this high speed video!

These photos are examples of my work that I competed at the 2025 Fall MSPA Convention. I used Canva to edit these photos whether it was brightening the photo or drastically editing the photos by adding fonts and shading.

For the pages above, we have a template to guide staff members into designing their own unique page. For the pages below, I created them completely from scratch taking inspiration from past yearbooks!
