Reporting and Writing

Throughout my newspaper career, I have previously served as a staff writer and a news editor on the staff. Writing has allowed me to branch out into an aspect of life that I would've never thought I'd be in. Exploring local stories around Oxford has enabled me to make connections with people all around and outside of my hometown. Whether it be overcoming obstacles that I am faced with or getting to write about things I'm passionate about, newspaper has helped me develop as both a writer and a person.
