Political Studies/History II

I chose this assignment as my glow because I feel as though i did really well, with the help of my group of course. I did get a separate grade for my part of the presentation which is why I picked this assignment. I don't usually feel like I do well on my presentations but for me to get a 96 on my part of the presentation just shows a lot of improvement from the past. 

I then chose this assignment as my grow because it was a reading that had questions to it and I didnt do so well. To do better in the future I think I just have to take more time when reading and not rush through it so I can better understand the questions. The better you understand the text the better you will understand the question so I just have to remember that and take it into consideration 

This assignment is what I chose as my  glow because I did pretty well on it. We had to write a narrative on a group of people and how they  were affected by the great depression. I had African Americans. I did do well but i feel like if I had just a little more time it could've been better, because also did do an google slide presentation on it.

This assignment here represents my grow because of the grade received on it. The assignment was to read multiple links about segregation in schools throughout the years and why its a problem in new jersey today. After was to take a quiz to make sure i actually read. I did read but not to the extent of the questions. So, when it came time for the quiz I did not do so well. Of course that's on my part and will definitely do better for future cases like this. 

This assignment is what I chose as my  glow because for an authentic assessment to get a 100 on is really good. I always think authentic assessments are harder to get higher grades because of the way they are graded. This assignment here I had to create a political cartoon on the escalation of the Vietnam War. Then we only had a hour and 20 minutes to do this assignment so to get an 100 is just really good. 

This assignment here represents my grow because of the grade received on it. The assignment was a SAT practice assignment on Joining sentences and fragments. After the mini lesson we had to complete this worksheet on it. I believe this day was one of the days where I was paying attention but wasn't really paying attention at the same time. I would just have to work on my attention span. Even knowing I might not want to focus still push myself to it because next year will be a lot harder and I need to start preparing. 

This assignment is what I chose as my  glow because to get a 95 on a test is really good. I could've gotten a 100 if it wasn't late but because it was she took 5 points off.  This assignment here I had to  write a two to three paragraph reflection on “Dear America: Letters Home from Vietnam.”. We watched the documentary in 2 class periods then reflected on it. I actually really enjoyed the documentary which could explain why I did well on the reflection.
