In this assignment, I needed to take a quiz for functions. In my opinion, this was fairly easy, and I didn't have a hard time. The day before, the class went over a lesson about this, so I was ready. In the end, I received a 100 for this.
In this assignment, Mr M went back and taught the class how to do quadratics and assigned a quiz after that. The over all aspect of quadratic I understood, but I didn't do my A.O.S. properly and I glossed over my vertex. Due to my miss inputs, I received a 60 for this quiz. In the future, I will be more prepared and ready.
In this assignment, we were tasked to take a quiz on function. In the quiz, we needed to find the H.A,V.A , y-int, x-int, and graph. I understood the lessons on rationals and this test was fairly easy, I tried my best and received a nice grade for it. That grade was a 95, I lost 5 points due to my graph not being correct.
In this assignment, I was task to take a function transformative quiz. In this quiz we're asked to graph g(x), describe sequence to transformation, and proved both transformation rule and new equation. I had absolutely no clue what I was doing in this quiz. I did what I could and my grade for it showed, in this assignment I received a 40
In this assignment, the class was tasked to take a test on the multiple ways we learned how to apply logarithms, which is another way of expressing exponents. We converted, expanded and simplified. The test itself was open-ended and notes were allowed. Due to me paying attention in class and taking detailed notes focusing on the topics I don't understand, I received a good grade. The reason the test was open-ended was due to us quickly learning a topic that took others 2 months in 2 weeks. Overall, I liked the grade I received and count it as a growth.
In this assignment, the class was given a test on exponents. Which is the method of expressing large numbers in terms of powers. The test itself was open-ended, even so I did not do great on it. Before starting the test, I wasn't confident in the slightest. My notes were mediocre and the attention span for the subject was lacking. In the future, I would listen to Mr. M better and stop being lazy and thinking I can remember everything in my head when given the opportunity to use my notes.
In this assignment, the class was tasked to take a test on the multiple ways we learned how to apply Trigonometry on a Graph. We did a demos marble activities, which offers a fun and engaging way for students to learn about graphing and the relationships between equations and their graphical representations. I took my time with the activity and finished as quick as I can. One of the easiest things i have done this year. Really enjoyed, I received a 100.
In this assignment, the class was tasked to complete some khan academy relating to Graphing sinusoidal functions for homework. Sinusoidal functions are a class of periodic functions that oscillate smoothly between high and low values, resembling the shape of a sine wave. There were an assortment of videos and around 2 activities to complete. I did not remember to do this assignment and did not receive a good grade. In the end, I received a 20%
