Through completing this assignment, I learned that during the 1800s women wanted rights to do stuff like own property and vote. I enjoyed this assignment because I was able to know another point of view from what was happening in the olden days. This assignment challenged me to write a letter when I was not even there and show my understanding of it. If I had to complete this assignment again, I would improve it by looking at the rubric to know the main parts of what I need to write about.
This assignment is an example of a Debate. This assignment was completed as a part of our unit about Why schools should be able to regulate student speech on social media. The objective of this assignment was to write arguments about the topic. To complete this assignment, first I gather research, then I find evidence for my research and finally, I debated to the opposing side. This task showcases my strength due to the fact it was my first time doing it and had to project my voice.
Glow: Abolition Movement
