Geometry Math

I did not so well on this assignment due to my lack of  units, showing of work and lack of completion. The task was to take home a packet designed for us by the teacher and to complete it to our best ability using what we learned from prior classes. I would do better on this by focusing and putting myself in the greatest mindset.

I did great on this because I had great energy going into it which played a huge part. I always did well in these types of assignments due to my creative side.  I used color and completed the checklist assignment as well as the measurement worksheet. The point of this assignment was to make our own 1 story house with rooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, and hallways just to say a few.

I did not so well on this assignment because of my lack of attention to details. the assignment was to look at a level of different polygons on top of each other and to find the measures of each interior angle within the diagram. I was able to do about 75% of this on my own and the others I have to constantly go back to the teacher to get help. if I had studied more I would be able to obtain a higher grade than what I did.

I did very well on the scale factor and dilation classroom assignment because of my understanding of units and scale factor. to have a classroom map out a model, and to size it down a certain percentage while still accommodating for all of the features such as desks, Smart Boards, podiums and doors. I love this assignment because it allows for my creative juices to flow along with being able to explain how I came to my new diagram of a classroom. 

Well I got a great grade on the Women's History Month project because I was able to understand and break down a problem that was seen in a movie called Hidden Figures that was crucial to the landing of an Aerospace rocket. I was supposed to solve for all bodies of X and to graph the polynomial Down Below in the space provided. I was able to do this along with following my steps and showing how I got to my final answer. I knew a lot of the material and was able to break down the equation. 

I received the grade that I got on the interior angles quiz because of my lack of understanding for the material and my lack of showing work. the objective was to complete the quiz to your best ability and solve it. I got points taken away and questioning of where my work was because I only provided an answer and not how I got the answer. I could have improved on this assignment by studying more and being sure to provide my work where asked.
