1. Tour a virtual art gallery. This tour of the Van Gogh Museum let's you see his works up close: Van Gogh Museum Tour
2. Create miniature works of art to display in your tiny gallery. You can recreate famous works of art or make your own. To challenge yourself create a theme, or a group of artworks that have something in common. You can even create frames for your artworks and a label that let's the viewer read basic information about the artwork, such as the title and artist.
3. Decide what guests you will invite to your gallery tour. You can give a tour to your toys, action figures, stuffed animals and even pets! If you give a tour to one of your pets make sure you have permission from your parents, if it is an animal that is kept in a cage or terrarium.
4. Become a docent and give your guests a tour of your gallery. You can talk about the title and artist of each artwork, or whatever inspires you about each piece!
5. Send photographs of your Tiny Art Gallery or videos of your tours to Miss Ebling by email kebling@opschools.org.
I can't wait to see what you come up with!
