The Rainforest Conservation Merapoh program offers an opportunity to engage in hands-on conservation efforts in Malaysia's rainforest. Student will arrive in Kuala Lumpur, visit the Batu Caves, and then travel to Gua Musang to begin their jungle adventure. Activities include working in a tree nursery, planting trees, visiting a cocoa farm, and exploring the Taman Negara National Park with guides from the Batek tribe. Students will also learn jungle survival skills, go caving, and try rock climbing. The program also includes a visit to the Kuala Gandah National Elephant Conservation Centre.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Program costs are estimates and subject to change based on student enrollment and flight prices. A final cost will be provided after registration closes, at which time a $7,000 deposit will be required to secure your spot. A second payment will be due in October once all expenses are finalised.
Participants/parents are responsible for obtaining necessary visas and ensuring passport validity (six months beyond the return date).
Most trips depart on Saturdays and return Friday
