Selection & Sign Up Procedure
Before you make your selection, you MUST have had a discussion with your parents about your trip preference. Your parents must approve of your choice as, ultimately, they will be paying for the experience. We appreciate that you may want to join your friends on a trip, so we would also encourage you to speak to them before you confirm.
We would like to stress that withdrawal from your option, once deposits have been paid, WILL result in the loss of your deposit.
Please note the following important dates regarding Quest Week:
Upload of student documents – between 3-14 March
SIGN UP Opens:
Y12: Mon 17 March @ 8:00am during registration
Y11: Tues 18 March @ 8:00am during registration
Y9 & Y10: Wed 19 March @ 17:00pm
CLOSES to all Fri 29 March @ 10:00pm
Deposit payment for trip due – week of 19-2 April
Balance payment for trip due - week of 29 September - 3 October
If there are any changes to your travel plans, you need to inform us before the 31 August, so the final invoices can be amended. This provides time for us to inform the service providers.
IMPORTANT NOTE: if you have applied and been accepted on one of the below options DO NOT sign up for a Quest Week option:
