Update your project plan with stakeholder feedback. Use team input for the next iteration and work session. Follow up with participants.
Debrief with Team:
Evaluate the effectiveness of the meeting by incorporating feedback. Consider using the 4 Helpful List exercise with the meeting team. Ask what went right, what went wrong, what was missing, and what was confusing. Use the feedback to evolve your virtual meetings to make them as productive as when you meet in person.
