Set Customised Onclusive signature

**Access the left document in Google Docs edit mode using the following steps:

  1. Click on the "pop-out" icon located at the top-right corner of the left document to open it in view mode.

  2. While in view mode, select "Open with Google Docs" at the top center to switch to edit mode.

  3. Copy the content.

and follow below steps to Add or change Signature

  1. Open Gmail.

  2. At the top right, click Settings >  See all settings.

  3. In the "Signature" section, add your signature text in the box. If you want, you can format your message by adding an image or changing the text style.

    • Tip: Your image also counts toward the character limit. If you get an error, try to resize the image.

4.At the bottom of the page, click Save Changes.

Manage multiple signatures

You can use different signatures for your emails. For example, you can set a signature default for new emails you compose or reply to. You can also choose a different signature with each email you send.

Note-If you want to change your signature while you write an email, at the bottom of the window, click Insert signature.

For custom signature use image in the recommended size

Google recommends a signature image that’s 70–100 pixels high by 300–400 pixels wide. The maximum size for email signature images is 100 pixels high by 1000 pixels wide.

Try these options to resize the image:

  • Resize the image on a computer or mobile device before you upload it to your signature.

  • After you upload the image to your signature, select the image in the signature editor. Then, select a size option: Small, Medium, Large, or Original size.

  • Add the image to a Google Doc and resize the image in the Doc. Then, copy the image and paste it into your signature.
