To add co-hosts and share Meeting Artifacts:
On your desktop browser, go to Google Calendar. Click the event or meeting you want to add a co-host to. From the pop-up menu, click Edit event . If your event doesn't have a meeting attached, click Add Google Meet video conferencing.
