Using your work or school account on a computer, open Google Calendar
Make sure that you're in Week view or any Day view.
Click anywhere in the calendar. In the event box that pops up, click Appointment slots.
Enter the details, including a title, and pick the calendar where you want the event to show up.
To add more information, like a location or description, click More options.
If your calendar isn't shared with anyone, you might not see these settings.
On your computer, open Google Calendar and Open the event you want to update.
Click Default visibility and choose the privacy setting for the event > Click Save.
Tips:
Changes to an existing event apply to your calendar but not to other guests' calendars when you update:
The privacy settings from "Private" to "Public."
The visibility settings from "Free" to "Busy."
To make the event's title confidential, the organizer should set the event to "Private."
If you think a confidential event was set to "Public," contact the organizer to update the event to "Private."
Important: You can only create focus time events from Day and Week views. The events must have a specific start and end time.
On your computer, open Google Calendar > Click the time you want to schedule focus time.
At the top of the event > click Focus time.
Select when you want your event to begin and end.
Set your focus time preferences:
To receive notifications for Chat messages, next to "Do not disturb," deselect the box.
To automatically decline meetings during focus time, next to “Automatically decline meetings,” check the box.
Click Save.
Open Google Calendar ,On the left, under “My calendars,” select Tasks.
Choose an option:
In your calendar, click an empty slot on your calendar.
In the top left, click Create.
Click Task and Enter a title and description.
To add the new task to a specific list, choose one from the drop down > Click Save.
In the top right, click Settings.
In the menu on the left, click Import & Export.
Click Select file from your computer and select the file you exported. The file should end in ".ics" or ".csv."
Choose which calendar to add the imported events to.
By default, events are imported into your primary calendar.
Click Import.
