The WMEA (Washington Music Educators Association) All-State Honor Band is a prestigious ensemble showcasing the highest level of high school musicianship from across the state. Selected through a rigorous audition process, these exceptional students gather to rehearse and perform challenging repertoire under the guidance of renowned conductors. Participation in this ensemble offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with other talented musicians, refine technical and artistic skills, and represent one’s school at a celebrated statewide event. 

The NAfME (National Association for Music Education) All-Northwest Honor Band is an esteemed ensemble uniting outstanding high school musicians from across the Northwestern region of the United States. Selection is highly competitive and based on rigorous auditions. Once chosen, these talented students come together for intensive rehearsals and a culminating concert led by distinguished guest conductors. Participation provides a unique opportunity for musical growth, collaboration with peers from various states, and the chance to perform sophisticated repertoire at a celebrated regional event.
