Senior Events & Graduation FAQs

1. How many graduation tickets will seniors receive?
   Each graduate is expected to receive 8 graduation tickets.

2. Will additional graduation tickets be available for purchase?
   No. Additional graduation tickets will not be available for purchase.

3. Does a baby or toddler need a ticket to attend the ceremony?
   No. Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket as long as they sit on an adult’s lap.

4. Is the grad rehearsal the same day as the graduation?
   Yes. Grads without cap and gown arrive by 8:00AM, grads with cap and gown arrive by 8:30AM. Rehearsal starts 9:00AM sharp. Doors open at 11:00AM. Ceremony starts at 12:00PM. Ceremony concludes by 1:15PM (approx.)

5. What do I do if I have a chromebook or hotspot?
   You may request a return box from your teacher/counselor or you may drop it off in person at Senior Social or Graduation. Don't forget to include the power cords.

6. Are vaccines required to attend senior events?
   Yes. Students must be up to date on all required immunizations to attend all senior events, including graduation.

7. What if I am missing vaccines?
   Our team will review student records and contact families directly if any required immunizations are missing so there is time to complete them.

8. When will the registration Google Forms be available?
   Forms will be released via email at 8:00 AM on the following dates:

   • Senior Day — February 18, 2026 (limited capacity)

   • Prom — March 6, 2026 (limited capacity)

   • Senior Social — March 13, 2026

   • Graduation Ticket Request — April 14, 2026

Please set reminders — spots are expected to fill quickly.

9. How many guests can I bring to Senior Social?
   Due to venue capacity and the size of the graduating class, attendance is limited to the graduating student and one guest only.

10. Can I bring a guest to Prom?
    Yes. Guests must be 16–20 years old at the time of the event. No exceptions.

11. What is the cost for each senior event?

All senior events, including Senior Day, Prom (and guest), Senior Social, and Graduation, are free of charge for students.
