Seniors are you close to graduating?

If you have 150+ credits, please do the following:

Schedule an appointment with your Post-Secondary Counselor
Complete Grad Required Courses (see Grad Requirements tab)
Grad exit survey (only do this when you have been issued your LAST class)
Attend Senior Events (see below for more info)

Fall Senior Day: 10/28 Location: Universal Studios (Fall 2026 grads only)
Senior Portfolio Deadline: 3/25 (or one month before you graduate)
Spring Senior Day: 4/7 Location: TBA
Senior Social: 4/16 Location: Hacienda Heights Community Center
Prom: 5/7 Location: TBA
Spring Grad Deadline: 5/18
Graduation Ceremony: 5/25 Location: Pasadena Civic Auditorium

Senior Events & Graduation FAQs

How many graduation tickets will seniors receive?
Each graduate is expected to receive 8 graduation tickets.
Will additional graduation tickets be available for purchase?
No. Additional graduation tickets will not be available for purchase.
Does a baby or toddler need a ticket to attend the ceremony?
No. Children under 3 years old do not need a ticket as long as they sit on an adult’s lap.
Is the grad rehearsal the same day as the graduation?
Yes. Grads without cap and gown arrive by 9:30AM, grads with cap and gown arrive by 10AM. Rehearsal starts 11AM sharp. Doors open at 1:00PM. Ceremony starts at 2:00PM. Ceremony concludes by 3:30PM (approx.)
What do I do if I have a chromebook or hotspot?
You may request a return box from your teacher/counselor or you may drop it off in person at Senior Social or Graduation. Don't forget to include the power cords.
Are vaccines required to attend senior events?
Yes. Students must be up to date on all required immunizations to attend all senior events, including graduation.
What if I am missing vaccines?
Our team will review student records and contact families directly if any required immunizations are missing so there is time to complete them.
When will the registration Google Forms be available (6 weeks before event)?
Forms will be released via email at 8:00 AM on the following dates:
- Fall Senior Day — September 16, 2026 (limited capacity)
- Spring Senior Day — February 24, 2027 (limited capacity)
- Senior Social — March 5, 2027
- Prom — March 26, 2027 (limited capacity)
- Graduation Ticket Request — April 13, 2027

Please set reminders — spots are expected to fill quickly.

How many guests can I bring to Senior Social?
Due to venue capacity and the size of the graduating class, attendance is limited to the graduating student and one guest only.
Can I bring a guest to Prom?
Yes. Guests must be 16–20 years old at the time of the event. No exceptions.
What is the cost for each senior event?

All senior events, including Senior Day, Prom (and guest), Senior Social, and Graduation, are free of charge for students.
