Graduation Requirements – OFL & OFY Online Program
Students earning their high school diploma through the OFL & OFY Online Program must meet the requirements listed below.

All students are automatically placed on the A–G / College & Career Readiness (CCR) Planning Guide.
To be considered for a Diploma Track graduation plan, a meeting must be held with the PSC and/or teacher.
Any changes must be approved by the Principal/AP.
A–G/College & Career Readiness:
Foreign Language: Minimum of 2 years required
Visual & Performing Arts (VPA): 1 year required
Science: Courses must include a wet lab component
Math, Science, & “G” Electives: Higher-level courses are strongly encouraged
Please note: Each charter has slightly different credit requirements. Be sure to check in with your PSC for guidance.
Additional Requirements
Community Service
Must be completed during high school years
Minimum of 10 hours required at a non-profit organization the student is not currently involved with
To encourage students to connect with and give back to their community, while also building experiences they can include on their resume

Senior Portfolio (3 credit elective)
Completed during senior year, the portfolio helps students:
Identify personal and career goals
Plan for life after high school
Prepare to apply for jobs
Develop a passion for helping others
Financial Literacy (5 credit elective)

To ensure students graduate with knowledge of personal finance, budgeting, credit, and long-term money management skills that will help them transition into adulthood
Ethnic Studies (5 credit elective)
Meets Assembly Bill 101
Implemented with the Class of 2027 and beyond
Encourages students to explore diverse cultures, histories, and contributions while fostering inclusivity, empathy, and civic engagement
