OYAP Forms and Supports

In an effort to streamline the OYAP process, we have amalgamated a couple of the previous forms into one. You can use the ORANGE link below to submit Forms and OYAP requests.

• Students are eligible to receive $120 voucher that can be used towards steel toe boots

• Students are eligible to receive additional personal protective equipment support, based on need and availability

• Students may be approved for transportation supports (presto/mileage) depending on need and availability

• Students may be approved for certification training if required to attend their placement 

Note: Working at Heights is mandatory for all construction sector placements. Ladder Safety Training is required for all Roofing placements.

Teachers can submit requests for reimbursement through the BLUE link below. Reimbursement may be approved for the following, depending on need and funding availability: PPE, training, and gas mileage.

• Semester 1 - Requests for reimbursement must be submitted by January 20, 2025

• Semester 2 - Requests for reimbursement must be submitted by June 16, 2025

• Summer - Requests for reimbursement must be submitted by August 8, 2025

Note: Original receipts must be submitted along with any claims for reimbursement (including mileage). It's important that students/families know that these are requests for funding and that they are not guaranteed approval.
