A flexible, clinically-led program that delivers the structure of treatment without full hospitalization. We blend evidence-based therapy with integrative supports—nutrition, mind-body practices, and medication management—to help clients stabilize, build skills, and thrive at home, work, and school.
Who it’s for: Adults needing more than weekly therapy but less than inpatient/residential care—common concerns include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and co-occurring substance use.
What’s included (9–12 hours/week):
Skills & process groups (CBT, DBT, ACT, relapse-prevention if indicated)
Weekly individual therapy
Psychiatric evaluation/medication management as needed
Integrative nutrition consult and safe-use review of herbs/supplements
Case management, safety/crisis planning, and coordinated care with your providers
Schedule options: Daytime and evening tracks (3–4 days/week, ~3 hours/day).
Your first week:
Intake evaluation with Erica Washington, MA, LCPC, LMHC, NCC
Baseline assessments (PCL-5, PHQ-9, GAD-7; ADHD Checklist & Autism Quotient as indicated)
Nutrition assessment with Krisha Wilson, ND, LMT, CMT
Psych-med assessment with Aasta Knox (Peace Psychiatric Services, Homewood, IL) when needed
Warm SUD referral to Enchelle Morris (A Bridge to Healing, Midlothian, IL) if substance-use support is appropriate
Outcomes: Measured every 2–4 weeks; personalized step-down plan on discharge.
Who it’s for: Teens who need structured support for anxiety, depression, trauma, school stress, or emerging substance-use concerns—while staying connected to home and school.

Developmentally tailored skills & process groups
Weekly individual therapy plus required family sessions
Psychiatric evaluation/medication management as needed
Nutrition consult with attention to growth, energy, and sports/activities
School coordination (with consent) and collaborative care planning
Schedule options: After-school/evening tracks (3–4 days/week, ~3 hours/day).
Safeguards: Separate spaces from adults, youth-appropriate materials, parent communication, and clear crisis protocols.
First week highlights:
Intake with Tyra Panion, MA (youth assent + parent/guardian consent)
Baseline assessments adapted for adolescents
Family orientation and school coordination (with signed releases)
Whole-person care: therapy, psychiatry, nutrition, and mind-body supports in one plan
Measurable progress: regular screening to track improvement
Flexible access: multiple time blocks to fit real life
Coordinated team: seamless referrals and collaboration with community partners
