Cost: $450 Single Occupancy

         $325 - Double Occupancy

         $290 - Triple Occupancy

         $270 - Quad Occupancy

Please note that if you do not already have someone to room with, and you choose a different occupancy, you will be placed in a room with other participants randomly. We will have a brief meet up prior to the retreat that people can meet and see if they would like to share spaces. Date and Time: TBD If you choose an occupancy and there are no other people to participate there will be options given.

Deposit: $250, due September 1, 2024, Remainder due by October 1, 2024.

Addition considerations:

1. Please bring any toiletries you may need. The space provides towels, blankets, and sheets. If you have comfort items you need, please bring them along.

2. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. We will be both outside and inside, so please dress for the weather.

3. Please bring a yoga mat. We have a couple extra, but please bring one if you have one.

Rules of the space:

Everyone will have name tags that include their pronouns. Proper use of pronouns is important to maintain a feeling of a safe and welcoming space. If you have trouble with adjusting pronouns, please only address individuals by their name.

When discussing your journey (weight loss, addiction, mental health, spiritual, etc.), please refrain from using disparaging language even when talking about yourself. This language makes it difficult for others on a similar journey.

Please make sure to have headphones when listening to your own music in both private and public areas.

Due to scent triggers, please make sure to not use heavy perfumes or other scents in close quarters.

Enclosed spaces can become loud during discussions. If you have auditory triggers, please let us know, we will provide you with ear plugs that will lessen the volume but allow you to still participate in discussions.
