Basic Troubleshooting

Have you tried turning it off and on again? No really, please start here!

If your problem persists, note that each studio has its own manual and troubleshooting tips which you can find on its page on the wiki or in hard copy in the studio itself.

Reporting Problems & Asking for Help

If the studio engineer, Abby Aresty, is in the studios, she is often in her office (the one with the window). You may seek out Abby for help with troubleshooting issues in the studios. You may also seek help from other TIMARA professors or your fellow TIMARA students.

If no one is available to help or you couldn't resolve the issue, or if you find a temporary fix but expect the problem might persist, please open a ticket to report the problem. This will help us keep track of known issues in the studios and ensure that it will be addressed and fixed as soon as possible.
