You can make a reservation in person at the depot or online this semester.
If you make an online reservation, make sure to time your reservations so you will have gear when you need it. There are no same-day reservations. Do not expect a reservation to be ready same-day. It is recommended you make your reservations up to 3 days ahead of when you will need it. This is especially important because depot assistants will be handling in-person AND online reservations.
Also double check the depot schedule on the home page of this Wiki. Reservations are only filled and returned on days where the depot assistants are working.
Go to the TIMARA Gear Depot during depot or self checkout hours and ask for or find the gear you would like to reserve.
If you are being helped by a depot assistant, they will take it from here!
If you are checking out your own gear, copy and paste barcodes into the Reservation Request Form
Submit your reservation and check your email for a confirmation
Whether you are being helped by an assistant or are checking out your own gear, be sure to check that the gear you are borrowing has all its kit items and wait for a confirmation email!
Go to the TIMARA Gear Repository
Copy and paste barcodes into the Reservation Request Form
Submit request and check your email for a confirmation
Wait until you get an email saying your reservation is ready for pickup
Pickup your reservation from the specified TIMARA locker using in the email (the combo will also be in the email)
Option 1 (preferred):
Visit the depot during depot hours (or self-checkout hours if you are a major/minor).
Hand the equipment to a depot assistant or place it on the return cart
If you don't hand your gear to a person, please submit a return reservation form using the Reservation ID included in every email regarding your reservation
Wait for a confirmation
You will receive a final confirmation once a depot assistant has verified all items were returned successfully (or will receive an email if items are missing or broken)
Option 2 (when you must return gear outside of depot hours):
Put the Put gear into designated checkout/return lockers
Submit a return reservation form using the Reservation ID included in every email regarding your reservation
Wait for a confirmation
You will receive a final confirmation once a depot assistant has verified all items were returned successfully (or will receive an email if items are missing or broken)
