If your child has medication at school, all medications must be picked up by the last day of school, Wed., May 30th. We cannot keep medications in the school over the summer break. Any medications left in the clinic after the end of the school year will be discarded per policy. New Health Care Provider/Parent Consent for Medication Administration forms must be completed for the 2018-19 school year and should be brought with the medication in it's original container to the clinic on the first day of school.
