Edpuzzle is an instructional resource that has been purchased for all Oakmont schools for the 23-24 school year.
The big benefit of Edpuzzle is that it has the capability to add questions into videos that students are watching that help them pause, reflect, and engage with the material they just saw.
With Edpuzzle, teachers can do the following things:
Record Videos and Lessons to share with students (similar to Screencastify)
View videos and lessons already made to share with students
Assign students to answer the questions in the Edpuzzle videos
Many MORE! --Please tell us the cool things you are doing with Edpuzzle!
Teachers should log into Edpuzzle through Clever and their school gmail account. When you log in, if Edpuzzle is not recognizing you as associated with the Oakmont Pro School account (no paywall for content), then click the link below.

If it prompts you for a code, type in: z9km82
If you are still seeing videos in Edpuzzle that say "Premium" or "Upgrade to Access this Content," email Emily Knight at eknight@oakmontedu.org so we can work together to get you the correct access.
During the video presentation, Mr. Calderon shared that we can use Edpuzzle to record our own video lessons. Some teachers use Screencastify for this, but with Edpuzzle, we have the ability to add questions and reflection points for students into the video. This is the link to install the Chrome extension needed to do this. Amy Kenyon is the best person to reach out to if you need support with this aspect of the technology.

Edpuzzle is also building out their selection of CTE videos. This is a padlet especially designed for CTE.
