Edmentum Curriculum
Edmentum Curriculum
In the 25-26 school year, Oakmont schools are transitioning from using Apex Learning to the Edmentum Learning Framework (ELF) for our primary curriculum resource. On this page, you will find curriculum resources and updates.
Exact Path will replace IXL as the primary resource for Reading and Math Intervention/Enrichment. It is also an option for Tier 1 whole-group instruction in the classroom and Tier 2 or Tier 3 interventions.

This Handbook organizes many of the resources listed below in a comprehensive, easily searchable document.
If you'd like to practice key Edmentum skills, check this out from Amy Kenyon.
Camp Oakmont is an optional opportunity to practice your Edmentum skills through a series of tasks. Each task earns you points, and we’ll be recognizing top point-earners with some rewards at the July 29 collaboration.
(Who doesn't like rewards to spend?) Tasks don’t need to be completed in order, but they do get more complex as you go.
If you’re interested, here’s what you need to know:
All tasks and instructions are in this slideshow: Camp Oakmont
Click the backpack icon in each slide for help—videos, tutorials, and support.
Submit the form linked to the merit badge on the bottom right of each task to earn your points.
You can check your progress and see the leaderboard here: Leaderboard
This is a chance to explore Edmentum more intentionally, whether you’re competitive or just want to try a task or two.
As always, feel free to reach out to oakmontacademics@oakmontedu.org with questions.
This is the course offerings chart created by Miranda Mick for TP East. This is a simple and easy way to see which classes are the most preferred from what Edmentum has to offer.
Notes:
In Miranda's chart, Chemistry is listed in the Science section and Physics to the right in the "Other Available" category. This is because the Science teacher there has a background in Chemistry over Physics. The point is that these offerings could change at your school, depending on the expertise of the teachers or staff in each building.
Music Appreciation has some assignments that could be difficult for students who do not read music, so until that course is examined further, Art History and Intro to Visual Arts may be the preferred courses for your building.
This tool can be used with students to talk about what courses they will do next, what they might want to do in the future, and which teacher is responsible for which course. Some elective courses, like Philosophy for example, could be taught by the ELA teacher or the Social Studies teacher, depending on their preferences.
Below, you will find Amy Kenyon's step-by-step PDF of how to access the Courseware curriculum in Edmentum, as well as her Tech Tip on Viewing Curriculum. See below for links to her other Edmentum videos.
