Sleeping Bear Dunes

The beach grass is tall and the sand is soft. The color is burnt like burnt coconut. There are holes in the ground. The water looks like the sky. It is blue and the water comes into the shore and makes the sand smushed.

How It Formed

Sleeping Bear Dunes were formed by glaciers that came. When they melted and disappeared, they made the dunes. Watch this animation.
