Do you want to reuse content from a previous NYU Classes course site? You’ll need to have an instructor or course site administrator role in that site in order to copy its content to your new (probably very blank at the moment) course site. Refer to the “Import From Site” checklist for further assistance. Here's a tutorial video showcasing the process
Although you’ll be uploading content to NYU Classes, it’ll make your life much easier if you also organize that content elsewhere. One recommendation is to navigate to your NYU (Google) Drive account and to create a “folder” (and folders within that folder, as needed) for all course materials. This way, you’ll always have access to that content from any computer, as long as you have internet access and your NYU email account. Here’s a handy tutorial on Google Drive.
Aside from your syllabus, what other “content” do you need to gather? This webpage from Steinhardt offers a broad overview of gathering content for your course site.
