• What are students’ early reactions to the platform?

• What are potential reservations and concerns do students have to impact their learning?

• This will help improve design and enhance student experience

• Usability test: we will conduct a usability test with 3 learners, using a combination of observation and interview. 

• Observations and interviews will provide the team with insight on the experience on the platform.

• What conflict resolution skills do students develop from the practice scenarios and role playing activities?

• Did the learners increase their understanding of the problem-solving techniques?

• This will help identify what knowledge and skills learners learn after the learning journey.  

• Learner Interviews: Students will engage in one-on-one sessions where they will discuss their experiences regarding the skills they've gained to measure the effectiveness of our instructional design.

• Are students confident in trying learned skills outside of the classroom?

• This will help find out if the learners are taking what they learn and applying it to their real relationships.

• Learner Interviews

• Collecting quantitative data based on computerized testing of a large sample of users. 

• Have student incidents decreased?

• How have student relationships improved with teacher, peers, and parents?

• This will help identify if the learning outcomes match the learning objectives/goals. 

• Observe students in a classroom environment over a year-basis. Participants can be assessed based on classroom attention and collaboration. 

Participants will be simulated students from grades 6-12.
