Faculty and staff members have layered responsibilities when it comes to students. However, centering and prioritizing our own mental wellness is essential as this impacts the person we bring to different spaces. Mental wellness supports our ability to be innovative in our classrooms, our desire to collaborate, and the enthusiasm we bring to projects and committees.
Check out the following resources and programming to learn about opportunities to improve your mental health.
